Double Room for rent

I am looking for a professional person who wants to rent monday to friday.
The double room has been recently decorated & new bedding on the double bed, there is a large chest of drawers & a rail for clothes. Bedside table & lamp.
Bathroom with shower next to room soley for your use. There are cooking faciliities , an air fryer & microwave. Washing machine also.
My son moved out last year so hence why the room is now available. I sometimes look after my daughters dog he is very freindly and i also have 3 grandchildren.
