I am 39, single male and fairly laid back. Your kids, partner, family, friends etc are welcome to visit you.

I have my children every other week, for 7 days. (Son 15 & daughter is 12). My room is in the dormer loft conversion. My children have a room each. The other spare room is rented out.

I work between 7-5pm. I am often out in the evening, gym, socializing, meals etc. Sometimes I am away for the week or weekend.

I can write up the tenancy agreement.
