Self contained large attic/bedsitting room with own ensuite shower room, Monday to Friday let.

Although the title of the adverts says 'house share', it is a Monday to Friday let for the room only.

I am a live in landlady who is friendly but quiet and like my own company. I am looking for a professional person who is quiet, clean and respectful of my space and property, who also speaks excellent English. I have two cats therefore it would not suit anyone who had cat allergies. The cats are not allowed in the room unless they are wanted.

The property is an older style terrace house, which is a 10 minute walk to the town and 15 minutes from the train station. The room enjoys views of the city, the cathedral and the surrounding countryside. The entrance leads into the hall, then to the stairs, which means you will not have to engage with anyone when you get back from work.

The attic room dimensions are 25.5 x 11.3 metres. It is furnished with a double bed, sofa, flat screen TV, virgin internet and virgin media with tivo box. The room also has a small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, which would suit someone who didn’t need to cook.

Both the room and ensuite have recently been refurbished, the ensuite is to the side of the main room. and has a sink, toilet and shower.

Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.

On street parking is available with free parking from 4pm to 10 am, otherwise permits are available for purchase. Free parking on a Sunday.

I am looking for a professional person who works regular daytime hours. I would require two references, an employers and a personal, and would like to meet you prior to moving in.
