The house has three floor levels,

Large Kitchen/dinning room located on the ground level and share between all 4 tenants. washing machine, microwave and tall fridge freezer are supplied.

Private Parking spaces. EICR and gas safety certificate available to view. Deposit will be registered with DPS.
I am looking for long term tenants, clean, tidy, working professionals and will look after the house like their own.
ID, References are required.
Current house mates are all professionals, easy going, friendly and respectful, they are also DBS and references checked.
