I am a living out landlady and I have a rental property located at Salisbury city center.
One newly refurbished double size room available to rent.

Rooms are only for single occupancy, max 4 tenants in the house, so won’t be crowded.

The house has three floor levels,
Two bathrooms, first floor two rooms share the first floor bathroom and second floor two rooms share second floor bathroom. Large Kitchen/dinning room located on the ground level and share between all 4 tenants. washing machine, microwave and tall fridge freezer are supplied.

Rent including (council tax, water, electricity, gas and broadband)

Private Parking spaces. EICR and gas safety certificate available to view. Deposit will be registered with DPS.

I am looking for long term tenants, clean, tidy, working professionals and will look after the house like their own.

ID, References are required.

Current house mates are all professionals, easy going, friendly and respectful, they are also DBS and references checked.
