We have a comfortable single room available in our welcoming end-of-terrace home in Salisbury, with a garden, free parking lot at the house and a lovely, convenient location.

The house is around 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre, or about 5 minutes by bus, with the nearest bus stop just 2 minutes from the house. Salisbury District Hospital is also very close, making the location particularly convenient for anyone working or training there — although we are very happy to hear from anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful lodger who will treat the house as their home. It could suit someone looking for a longer-term home, or someone coming to Salisbury for work, training or a temporary placement.

Rent: £625 per month, plus a separate fixed contribution towards household costs. The exact arrangements will be discussed when we meet, as this is a slightly different and more flexible setup than a typical house share.

Our own bedroom will remain private, and we are looking for someone who values a quiet, comfortable and relaxed home.

*Please note that the chest of drawer on the picture will be replaced with a 2-door wardrobe with shelves. It's currently under delivery.*
