The downstairs property has a shower room with shower, wc and basin, a bathroom with bath, over bath shower fed from the combi boiler, wc and basin, there’s also a seperate wc and basin.

Located at Clarendon, between Salisbury and Alderbury. All rooms are fully-furnished.

This property offers a number of off-road parking spaces, and free on street parking, it is also a short walk from the Park-and-Ride, near to the large Tesco Extra, Southampton Road Industrial/Retail estate, with good access to public transport.

All bills are included in the rent. No deposits are taken. Rooms are always paid for in advance, either four-weekly or monthly.

• A cleaner is employed to clean the communal areas
