Hi potential housemate!

I am offering 7 day week lodging in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Shaw, West Swindon.

Double room has a built in mirrored wardrobes, a double bed, drawers and bedside cabinet

There is a bathroom with bath/shower toilet etc on the first floor and a ground floor toilet. Use of the fully fitted kitchen/diner and lounge is shared, as well as some space in the garage. Also space on the drive for off road parking.

All household bills + wifi included.

Located within 3 minute walking distance of Aldi, and Simply Gym and Shaw Forrest Park (lovely change of scenery), 2 miles to the M4, local shopping village centre a 5 minute walk, Lydiard park 20 minute walk, Shaw Ridge: Bowling, Cinema, Leisure Centre and Restaurant’s is a 15 minute walk, Large Asda 15 minute walk. Lots of stunning cycle routes around this area - and Swindon too!

I am friendly, tidy, chilled and easy to live with. I play for my local hockey team, love going salsa Dancing at the weekends. I do work away for extended periods of time, so probably won’t actually be around that much.

I already have a room rented by a female working in tech, who’s also very easy going, tidy and respectful.

I am looking for an easy going, tidy professional, (pretty much someone like us will fit in great) male or female.

The room is intended as a single occupancy let.
