Hi potential housemate!

I am offering 7 day week lodging in a 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Shaw, West Swindon.

Double room has a built in mirrored wardrobes, drawers and bedside cabinet

There is a bathroom with shower on the first floor and a ground floor shower and toilet. Use of the fully fitted kitchen/diner and lounge is shared with the live in home owner. All bills, wifi and driveway parking are included.

Located within 3 minute walking distance of Aldi, and Simply Gym and Shaw Forrest Park (lovely change of scenery), 2 miles to the M4, local shopping village centre a 5 minute walk, Lydiard park 20 minute walk, Shaw Ridge: Bowling, Cinema, Leisure Centre and Restaurant’s is a 15 minute walk, Large Asda 15 minute walk. Lots of stunning cycle routes around this area - and Swindon too!

I am friendly, tidy, chilled and easy to live with. I play for my local hockey team, love going salsa Dancing at the weekends. I am looking for an easy going, tidy professional, male or female (and someone who is partial to a game of table tennis). I am away very often with work.

The room is intended as a single occupancy let.
