Room 3 – Modern co living 🏠 .
Located on the ground floor at the front of the house, first door as you enter on the left.
The room itself is lovely. The room has plenty of light in the day and is a cosy bedroom when the blind is drawn. There is a large, double bed with 2x bedside table and lamps. There is also a large chest of drawers and a large double wardrobe with additional storage in the space between the en-suite and room which can be used for larger boxes etc, this is not visible in the photos. The room will come with the bed and mattress however bedding is not provided. The rooms are dressed for illustrative purposes only.
WORKSTATION AREA:
There is a large desk. The desk is a great size and comes with a comfortable chair. This is perfect for working from home. The 32” TV is positioned at the bottom of the bed with the ethernet point directly behind it, perfect if needed to connect via cable to your laptop for the best internet connection.
The en-suite is also a matching grey with large shower and great pressured detachable shower hose.
The room also has a good-sized double wardrobe & 2x large chest of drawers.
The Property:
This house has 6 rooms, 3 of the rooms are all studios with their own kitchenettes. These kitchenettes include built in microwave, mini fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cupboards and storage sink and washer-dryer.
Communal Areas:
The house has a nice sized communal space with dining table perfect for eating at or just a break from your room. There is a 32" smart tv in place.
The communal area has a back door leading out to the path and then into the astro-turf garden.
The communal and kitchen are both finished with grey flooring, making it not only look sleek but easy to keep clean.
The communal s has a great amount of storage. There is a grey modern kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster x2, sink. There are also x2 full height fridge/freezers. There is plenty fo space considering the kitchenette rooms don’t require as much/if any room in the main communal.
Garden: IMPECCABLE OUTDOOR SPACE
The garden is a great size,. There is a a great ASTRO- TURF AREA, making the garden useable and tidy all year round.
