Double room with ensuite

I am a live in landlord looking to rent out double bedroom with ensuite in my 3 bedroom house. I have one very comfortable furnished double room with built in wardrobe and ensuite. We would be sharing kitchen/dinner and also a small TV room with corner sofa. All bills are included and there is also Wi-Fi included. There is off road parking available all around the house and the bus stop is very near. Closest shop is Tesco express, 5 min on foot. Asda, M&S, Costa Coffee, Gym, Next are also very close.

Due to my profession I would be travelling a lot so you would feel like you are living on your own in the house.

Double room - 650 per month

I am looking for male professionals between 25-55 years of age and most important thing for me is that you are clean and tidy tenant.

I would be looking for your last 6 months payslips and employer references.
