Victoria Road is centrally located, a short walk to the town centre and Old Town and not far from the train station. The house was renovated not long ago and we have made sure to keep the rooms in excellent condition.

The room
Room 6 is located on the third floor. This beautiful studio is suitable for a single person or a couple.
It has its own kitchenette with fridge freezer, sink, washer dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The room has an upholstered double bed and bedside table and a lounge seating area with coffee table and smart TV. There is also a good size desk and a direct ethernet point, perfect for professionals working from home.
There is a fitted wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, providing double hanging rails and built in shelves. Lots of storage, all hidden away nice and neat.
Every room has an en-suite shower room; with white marble tiles from floor to ceiling, a rainfall shower with detachable hose and a cupboard for all your toiletries. It really is beautiful.

The house
The house has 6 rooms, 2 of which are studios with their own kitchenette. This means the communal kitchen is predominantly only used by 4 rooms.

The communal kitchen is built to a high specification. It has 2 electric hobs, 2 ovens, a microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a full height integrated fridge and a full height integrated freezer. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

The communal room has a nice table for dining, sofa, wall fire and 50" smart tv, to socialise and relax in after a day at work.
The garden is a quiet, enclosed area with astro-turf garden and table perfect for relaxing in the summer and al fresco dinning.

This house is finished and maintained to the highest standard. We only have 3 properties so we can make sure everything is kept like new.
