Hythe Road is a lovely quiet street located a short walk to the town centre and Old Town and not far from the train station. The house was renovated not long ago and we have made sure to keep the rooms in excellent condition.
All rooms have high end décor with brick feature walls, brand new thick carpet for comfort, industrial style furniture and upholstered high end beds.

The room
Room 6 is located on the first floor. It is a double, en-suite studio room, finished to a really high standard. The room has its own kitchenette with a fridge freezer, sink, washer dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. It also has a desk and chair, a small sofa, a built in mirrored wardrobe, a smart TV and an ethernet port.

The studio is suitable for a couple (for an extra £75 per month) or a single person. There is also access to the communal area if you want to socialise but has the privacy of being self-contained. It really ticks all the boxes and is ready to move in straight away.

The room has a good size desk and a direct ethernet point to connect to cat 5 cabling, perfect for the professionals working from home or for gaming.

The room has a fitted wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, providing double hanging rails and built in shelves. Lots of storage, all hidden away nice and neat.

Every room has an en-suite shower room; with white marble tiles from floor to ceiling, a rainfall shower with detachable hose and a cupboard for all your toiletries. It really is beautiful.

The house
The house has 7 rooms, 3 of which are studios with their own kitchenette. This means the communal kitchen is predominantly only used by 4 rooms.

The communal kitchen is built to a high specification. It has 2 electric hobs, 2 ovens, a microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a full height integrated fridge and a full height integrated freezer. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.

The communal area comprises of a bespoke upholstered lounge bench with industrial wood effect dining table and a smart TV to watch whilst you have your dinner.

The garden is a quiet, enclosed area with astro-turf garden and table perfect for relaxing in the summer and al fresco dinning.

This house is finished and maintained to the highest standard. We only have 3 properties so we can make sure everything is kept like new.
