The house itself has a really nice feel to it. There's a well-equipped communal kitchen with a proper dining area where everyone tends to hang out, plus laundry facilities with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. Out back, there's a good-sized garden with a maintained lawn and decking area that gets lovely sun throughout the warmer months - perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Parking isn't an issue here either. There are two off-street spaces available, and if those are taken, there are no restrictions on the street so you can always find somewhere nearby.

The rent is £865 per month and covers absolutely everything - utilities, council tax, wifi, and they even have someone come in every fortnight to clean the communal areas, which is honestly a godsend. No surprise bills or arguing over who's turn it is to clean the kitchen.
