Parking - There is a car park at the rear of the property and parking is free overnight (please check the times), charges in the car park apply during the day. There are a couple of spaces that are free at the back of the house but is a first come first serve basis. We are also allocated 2 x parking permits from Swindon Council to park at the front of the house, Swindon council charge a fee for this.

We provide a complimentary cleaner for all the communal areas and we do expect you to look after our home as well.
