Large Double Bedroom in Rural Location

I currently have two very large double rooms available for rent. Both have tonnes of storage available. One has an ensuite toilet and sink. There is a large lounge and well equipped kitchen. You are welcome to enjoy the south facing garden and we have a hot tub available for use too. There is plenty of parking available on the private drive. All bills are included.

I am a live in landlord but have my own separate accommodation, we share an adjoining door between our lounges.

You will need to like animals as I have 2 cats, 2 dogs, lots of chickens (so great free range eggs are available) plus 5 ponies.

We are walking distance from 3 different pubs, the closest being excellent for food. We are also within easy reach of two bus stops providing regular routes into Swindon, Chippenham and the local area.
