The perfect location, the house is in the heart of old town with a 5-minute walk to the main town centre. The location is safe and perfect if you don’t have a car as all local amenities and bus stops are within a 5-minute walk. If you do have a car not to worry, we have parking options available upon request.

This house is the newest in the town, everything is completely brand new as the house has been entirely renovated from top to bottom.

EVERYTHING in the house has been truly designed for both looks and useability for tenants. This is Brett Property’s 80th HMO renovation – as experts we know what tenants want and how to provide excellent service.

THE STUDIO:
The studio is one of a kind, it is located on the second floor at the top of the house with its own staircase to the apartment.

The apartment is unique in the way the staircase divides the flat into two. One side is the kitchen & lounge, and the other is the bedroom and En-suite.

The room design is luxurious and modern. There is a panelled feature wall behind the upholstered midnight large double bed. There are 2 industrial style bedside table's and matching bedside lamps. The room has a huge window allowing the daylight to seep through and is a cosy bedroom when the black out blind is drawn.

STORAGE:
The flat has ample storage with one bespoke mirror sliding wardrobe located in the lounge area, this has has built in compartments and space for folded or bulky items. There is also an additional storage cupboard located at the bottom of the bedroom which also has a hanging rail

PERFECT FOR HOME WORKING: The room has a matching desk with comfortable wooden chair. This is located next to the bed. There are sockets behind. The 32” Smart Tv is located along the back wall and in perfect sight of the bed. There is an ethernet point behind the TV which can be used to stream Netflix seamlessly or plugged into your computer for the faster direct internet connection.

LOUNGE:
This is one of the few studios we have on our books that has its own lounge/kitchen area. There is a gorgeous blue 2-seater sofa with 2 mini coffee tables. The perfect place to relax and wind down before bed or after work. There is also another Smart Tv which is in perfect view of the sofa.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is a L shape, and is open plan to the lounge, the kitchen area is tiled to create a divide and make any spillages easy to clean up. The kitchen is a stunning grey colour. There is everything you need, with mini fridge/ Freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven & 4 burner electric hob, sink, and so much storage. The apartment is entirely self-contained.

There is also additional breakfast bar seating in the kitchen which is perfect to eat any meals at.

OMG – The En-suite must be the best part:
The En-suite is epic with a white marble floor to ceiling tile. There is gloss grey bathroom furniture with plenty of storage. The shower has sliding doors and detachable showerhead along with a rainfall shower. My personal favourite is the light up led mirror perfect for getting ready..

Despite being entirely self-contained you still have access to all the communal areas:

Communal Areas:
The house has amazing, shared facilities, The communal area has a bespoke upholstered seating bench in a stunning midnight navy. There is then a cut to size dining table in industrial wood. This area is perfect for eating meals and unwinding or can be used for work. The communal has a 50” Smart Tv.

The communal and kitchen are both finished with parquet flooring of the highest quality.

There is a large utility cupboard built in the back wall to the right-hand side of the communal which has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. All tenants have full use of these however rooms 1&4 are the only rooms without their own.

The communal is the perfect space to relax and winddown, whether it’s working from here, eating or just watching tv.
The communal links onto the shared kitchen. This has HUUUGE amounts of storage. There is a lush grey wrap around kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need. We have 2 Ovens, 2 Hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster x2, sink. There is also plenty of fridge/freezer space with full height fridge and full height freezer. There is so much space. Especially as the kitchenette rooms don’t require as much/if any room in the main communal.
The kitchen back door leads out to the stunning astro-turf garden which stays perfect all year round. A great place to take a break without leaving the property.

We have provided some crockery, plates, bowls, cups to begin with but we always recommend to get your own.
