The apartment has just been completely refurbished and fully furnished. Including a brand-new premium kitchen/diner with AEG and Bosch Appliances. Attention has been paid to the layout, where worktop and storage space is plentiful.

All Bedrooms have high quality furniture, a brand-new bed with memory foam mattress, and plenty of storage, as well as extra plug sockets and black out curtains.

The entire place has new flooring, including new carpet in all bedrooms, and LVT everywhere else, which is hard wearing and water resistant.

The washer dryer has a steam function, the kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery/plates/kettle and toaster/glasses/mugs/utensils. There is a decent cordless vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board, as well as a small tool kit.

Every room is fitted with a modern smoke alarm, which are linked to all the others, the kitchen also has a heat alarm.
It’s a very private feeling place, which makes it feel safe and secure.

I have been a HMO certified landlord for 20 years, I have a team of tradesmen who live close by that can help with any matters that may arise. Things have been done in a considerate way to make living here easy.
