This house is our newest spec with modern and stylish designs whilst maintaining a home like feel throughout!

Located on Eastcott Hill, you are 2 minutes away from the town centre and another 5 minute walk from Old town, with Buses 1, 12, 17, 1A and 49 all passing through! An amazing central location!

The room itself is located on the first floor and is the last door on the corridor as you walk up the stairs. The studio itself is very spacious, with real thought and emphasis on making the space not only a lovely place to live, but also a great all day workspace!

As you enter the apartment, you have your full kitchen on the right, this is again designed to be modern and practical, with grey and black accents throughout.

The kitchen itself has all integrated appliances, Microwave, Kettle, 2 slice toaster, and washer/dryer, so no need to use the communal kitchen if you don’t want to! However, you will have access to the communal kitchen for use of the oven and hob which is perfect for meal prep!

The double bed itself is a gorgeous upholstered midnight Navy Blue, and with a memory foam mattress you can get the best night sleep!

You have an amazing 32” Smart TV which you can log into streaming services with and with Virgin Business WIFI you can guarantee a smooth evening of film watching!

WORKSTATION AREA

There is an industrial sized desk with ethernet points behind both the TV and desk with sockets next to them too. The desk itself is a great size and perfect for any professional home worker and comes with a comfortable wooden desk chair. This is located by the end of the bed, making it an ideal and peaceful place to get all of your work done!

The windows provide lots of natural daylight but with a bespoke fitted black out blinds it’s perfect for cosy nights in as well!

WOW, the ensuite is STUNNING. Our New Spec ensuites have stone floor to floor to ceiling tiles, black accents and wood style panelled tile shower cubicle. You would have your light up Vanity mirror as well as a full sized vanity unit perfect for any extra bathroom storage you may need. The shower itself has a rainfall shower head and a detachable hose, and one thing we pride ourselves on is having great water pressure in all the rooms, no matter the usage!

The wardrobe has 2 all mirror sliding doors which open on one side onto bespoke built in compartments perfect for folded clothes, with the other side boasting 2 rails and floor space for shoes!

Communal Areas
The house has amazing shared facilities , with the communal area having a bespoke upholstered seating bench in a stunning midnight navy along with the cut to size dining table in industrial style wood. This area is also perfect for eating and unwinding or could be used as an alternative work space too!

It also comes well equipped with a 32” Smart tv so that you can relax in style!

The communal area has a back door leading out to path going to the gorgeous astro garden - perfect for these summer evenings and meaning it is kept lovely and usable all year round!

Both the communal area and kitchen have parquet wood tiled floors, making it practical and pretty.

There is a large utility cupboard located in a cupboard within the communal area with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. All tenants have use of these however, rooms 1,2 and 4 are the only rooms without their own.

The communal links onto the shared kitchen, which has been designed with tenants in mind!

We have included LOADS of storage, not to mention the 2 ovens, 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink so that it has everything you could possibly need!

The kitchen has integrated appliances with 2 full height fridge/freezers, and with Studios 3, 5 and 6 having their own fridge/freezers in their rooms, the kitchen is only shared by rooms 1, 2 and 4!
