All Units come with our signature Double Midnight Navy upholstered bed with memory foam mattress on the plush grey carpeting, ensuring you have the best nights sleep, and with industrial style bedside tables with more touch sensitive gold lamps you don’t even need to get up to switch off the lights!



All units come with 32” smart TV too so you can keep up to date with all your favourite shows, and with the roller black out blinds you can really have the best cinematic experience!



Plus with astro-turf garden, the weather is never a problem with keeping the garden looking pristine all year round!



ROOM 1 – This room is located on the ground floor and is the firs door on the right as you walk through the front dor. This is the only room on the ground floor meaning you are the closest to the communal kitchen!

As you enter on the left hand side you will find your fully bespoke built in wardrobe. This is the largest wardrobe in the house. With double railings on one side perfect for all your hanging clothes, built in cubbyhole compartments on the other amazing for all your folded clothes and of course plenty of space up top in the void of the wardrobe for all your larger boxes or even a suitcase you can keep all the floor space clutter free.



The Ensuite is STUNNING!

With sandstone effect tiling throughout and wood effect tiles as the background tot eh black accented shower cubicle with black rainfall shower head and detachable hose, the space has a warm feel ready for those annoying early mornings!

The sink unit comes with extra space underneath in the wood effect vanity so you can keep all your toiletries in one place and the light up LED mirror helps keep the space light and bright!

The desk is industrial in style as to match the rest of the room, and it has extra shelves on the right hand side to make it easy to have a multi-screen set-up.

The ethernet point behind the desk is perfect if you want the option to hardwire, but with virgin business you never have to worry about the connection dropping out on you.
