Studio 6 – This studio is located on the second floor of the property and is the door on the right as you walk up the main stairwell.

This studio is the perfect option if you would like to still have some cooking facilities outside of your studio too!

As you enter, on your left you will find your fully built in bespoke wardrobe!

This wardrobe has mirrored sliding doors t make the studio feel as spacious as it looks, and with double railings on one side and built in cubbyhole compartments on the other you have plenty of storage space to keep organised!

And with void space kept up top you can keep your suitcase well out of the way!

The ensuite is GORGEOUS!



With wood effect splashback tiles again the black accented shower cubicle with rainfall shower head and detachable hose we can ensure the best water pressure!

The toilet is just next to this, and with the sandstone tiles in the rest of the bathroom it keeps a warm feel, the sink unit has extra storage underneath in the wood effect vanity, and wit light up LED mirror, these early morning rises can be less dreary!

The bedroom is so cosy, with plush grey carpeting to match the grey accents throughout, you are comfy underfoot. The Midnight navy upholstered double bed with memory foam mattress has the perfect backdrop of the Brett property signature Wood effect panelling, and with bedside table with extra drawer you can keep all the little things close.

The bedside comes with a touch sensitive gold caged industrial style lamp, and this even has extra charging ports so that you can keep all the socket space!

The desk is located under the 32” smart TV, so no distraction there!

The desk is in a wooden industrial style with extra shelving on the right hand side to keep all your books close.

With Virgin business wifi the connection will never drop, ]but just to be on the safe side we have installed an ethernet point behind the desk too so that you have the option to hardwire if you need too!

Either side of the TV itself are 2 massive windows, perfect for keeping the whole studio light and airy, and with blackout blinds installed above both you can have a cosy cinema experience once these are drawn!

The TV itself is on a swivel bracket so that you can watch from the bedroom and also the attached mini-Kitchenette!

This kitchenette has integrated microwave, kettle, toaster, Fridge/freezer and your own washer/dryer, so the only things you may wish to use in the communal space would be the oven and the hob!

There is plenty of cupboard space, and with the grey and black accents it ties in seamlessly to the studio, the flooring is also in a geometric tile to match, but also for easy clean up and to keep the carpet looking pristine!



KITCHEN AND COMMUNAL – The main Kitchen is SOOOOOO spacious!



This kitchen is shared between 2 tenants which is an excellent ratio!
