This duplex is located on the first floor of a house which has 3 other en-suite rooms who share a communal kitchen on the ground floor.

The studio is a great size and is suitable for a couple. This is a very quiet room and is perfect for working professionals. The communal kitchen on the ground floor is also available to use in addition.

The studio has its own mini kitchenette which contains fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cupboards & storage and sink. The only thing the kitchen doesn't have is a hob and oven and therefore access to the main ground floor kitchen is available.

There is also a double sofa and coffee table next to the kitchen area perfect to relax and eat your food. There is a 32" Freeview TV ahead also. (this Tv is not smart)

attached to the lounge area to the left there is a LARGE bathroom, super spacious, which has bath with overhead detachable shower, sink, toilet and bathroom storage.

As the room is a duplex you then come up your own little set of stairs which leads to the main bedroom area. There is a large double bed, with another Freeview tv. Despite the slanted ceiling height as this is a bedroom loft room the room still gets plenty of light through velux windows and feels airy and spacious.
