The Room & House:
Previously my older daughter’s room. Rent a bright, fully furnished double room in a peaceful, clean home in Trowbridge (BA14). The room includes a double bed, wardrobe space, and a desk/study area. You’ll have shared access to the living areas, kitchen, bathroom, and garden. All bills (Council Tax, gas/electricity, water, and fast Wi-Fi) are fully included in the monthly rent.

Meals Included:
This arrangement comes with freshly prepared, home-cooked evening meals (4 days/week) included in the price! Perfect for a busy professional, nurse, teacher, or commuter who prefers a hot, wholesome dinner waiting for them after work rather than cooking from scratch every night.

The Household:
You will be living with a friendly single mum and my lovely child. We enjoy a warm, calm, and welcoming home environment. Because we have a child at home, the atmosphere is quiet and routine-driven in the evenings—ideal if you value a clean, restful, and safe place to relax.

Ideal Lodger:
Female professional, Monday–Friday commuter, shift worker, or student.
Someone clean, respectful, and reliable who enjoys a quiet, family-friendly household.
Non-smoker.
Open to discussing any dietary preferences/allergies beforehand.
