Spacious room in friendly house share.

Large room in a modern, furnished flat, Trowbridge

I'm looking for someone to share my modern flat with. The flat is new, fully furnished and in great condition, with a large open-plan living room and kitchenette.
The flat has one large bedroom, which is the room available to rent. I would be staying in a small part of the living room myself. Please keep this in mind, but if it doesn't bother you, it can work really well.
About me: I'm a quiet, calm person who enjoys sport and peace and quiet. No bad habits . I work most of the time, including weekends, so I'm barely at home and you would have lots of privacy and space.
If these conditions sound good to you, I'd be happy to meet, show you the flat and have a chat. Feel free to message me.
