It is located in a quiet backwater, 15 minutes walk from the town centre.
You would have use of the garden, open plan, well equipped kitchen/diner with sofa area. Also use of the family bathroom, mainly used only by lodgers and utility room.
Plus your own double bedroom.
All bills included.
During the week, only me and 2 children (8&4) are here, plus 1 female lodger. At weekends, husband and 11 year old child also at home.
House available to view from now, room available to view from 29th September.
