The room has a double bed, ample storage with built-in shelves and large Victorian-style fitted wardrobe. Fireplace with overmantel mirror. Small desk.

The room is freshly decorated and measures 4.70x3m wide with painted floorboards and a new large jute rug. All in neutral/white.

Own use of small bathroom with new shower (the house has two bathrooms, but this one is also used by any visitors to the house, as it is on the ground floor).

This is a newly renovated spacious cottage with a large, airy, well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen, which also has a dining area and a sofa. We have a separate pantry, utility room (with washing machine) and lounge.

It's an easy house to share, so you can enjoy your own company or else be more sociable in the communal kitchen. No other rooms are rented out.

You have storage in the kitchen, pantry and utility room, as well as use of the fridge freezer.

Street parking is straightforward and we are walking distance from the co-op in Watchfield and also Cafe Lush.

The rent includes all bills and council tax, and a cleaner.
