Double Room, Females Preferred! Shared Shower Room

I have a furnished double room available for rent on a full time basis FOR FEMALES ONLY and would be a live in landlady.

There is a SHARED shower room (NO en-suite) and shared everything else, including a small living room/tv room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, air fryer, blender.

I have two cats, Zoe and Mario. Cat lovers are a requirement for this let!

The house is a bungalow with a front and back garden in a quiet cul de sac of other bungalows. The front has a porch and seating, the back has a swing chair. The back garden is not overlooked, has trees and shrubs nearby and is a bird lovers paradise. We have visiting hedgehogs. The garden is not neatly manicured, I’m in the process of redesigning it to make it more wildlife friendly. I have a greenhouse with the intention of propagating my own plants next year.

Your room has a new double bed with plenty of under bed storage, a built in wardrobe, 55” tv on a bracket on the wall which you can swivel to watch tv on your own sofa. The house is very safe, secure and clean.

I live in Westbury, There are a number of gyms and a swimming pool, as well as different supermarkets. Westbury train station is 10 minutes walk away, with Bath 30 minutes by train.

I currently work full time, on a 7 day rota getting home around 20:00hr so you would have the house to yourself most early evenings.

I am an independent considerate person, I very much like my own company and space but enjoy sharing with another woman who is of a similar disposition. I’m into animals, garden centres, visiting National Trust gardens, coffee and muffins.

I am keen to have a quiet, considerate, respectful, female housemate. I would describe this as a ‘sensitive let’, as my elderly neighbours are noise sensitive, so I am careful not to cause a noise nuisance, particularly after a certain time. No smokers please, which includes smoking in the garden. Light or non drinkers preferred.

The rent includes all bills, including council tax, Netflix and broadband.

There is a driveway where two cars can park in tandem.

Please note: I am unable to reduce the rent for people looking for part time lodgings or who will be away a lot, as my bills are fixed.
