Double room, shared shower room, available early June when current lodger moves out. The room is newly decorated, overlooks the back garden, has a double bed with a new mattress, 55” TV.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, etc. There is a small shared living room with sofa, tv and dining table. The house is a bungalow in a quiet cul de sac, secluded back garden, driveway and on-street parking available.

I’m looking for a considerate and respectful housemate, who would appreciate a comfortable home, in a friendly house share with one other who is 65 yrs old. Good bathroom manners essential, as we would be sharing!
