Double room, SHARED shower room

I have a large furnished double room available for rent and would be a live in landlady.

There is a SHARED shower room (NO en-suite) and shared everything else, including a small living room/tv room. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

I have one cat, Zoe. I sort of have an outdoor cat too, Mario, who sometimes comes in the house if Zoe lets him. He has a cosy cat cabin outside. I have every reason to believe he may have other homes as I sometimes don’t see him for weeks.

The house is a bungalow with a front and back garden in a quiet cul de sac of other bungalows. The front has a porch and seating, the back has a swing chair. The back garden is not overlooked, has trees and shrubs nearby and is a bird lovers paradise. We have visiting hedgehogs. The garden is not neatly manicured, it’s for the wildlife and I’m in the process of redesigning it. If you like gardening, feel free! I have a new pvc greenhouse with the intention of propagating my own plants for next year.

I live in Westbury, There is a gym and a swimming pool, as well as different supermarkets.

I work full time, Monday to Sunday - I am out of the house from 10am to 8pm when working, so you would have the house to yourself most early evenings. I work 3 Saturdays and two Sundays every 28 days, with days off during the week.

I am an independent considerate person, I very much like my own company and space but would enjoy sharing with another woman who is of a similar disposition. I’m into animals, garden centres, visiting National Trust gardens, second hand furniture browsing, the countryside, the seaside, coffee and muffins. Would love to go somewhere with you every now and then, if you’re into the same kind of thing, but not a requirement!

I am keen to have a mature, considerate housemate, who enjoys the garden and wildlife, my cats, watching washing dry on the line, bakes muffins occasionally and leaves one out for me. This can be a very long term let for the right person/ muffin maker. LGBT friendly.

The rent includes all bills, household cleaning products, toilet and kitchen roll and handwash.

There is a driveway where two cars can park in tandem, we my need to move them around a bit depending on who is up first in the morning :)
