The bedroom gets plenty of natural light and can be set up to suit the person moving in.

It currently has a bunk bed; however, I’m happy to replace this with a standard single bed.

Alternatively, the top bunk can remain with the lower bed removed to provide space for a desk/workstation underneath – ideal for someone who occasionally works from home or studies.

👨‍👧‍👦 About the household

The house is occupied by one adult male and three children. The children stay at the property 50% of the time on a week-on/week-off basis, so every other week the house is adult-only.

It’s a family home when the children are here, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that setup and will be friendly and respectful of the household. During the alternate weeks, the house is naturally much quieter.
