We are offering a newly decoraterd spare room located on the first floor of our home for rent. It is a smart & spacious room with new carpet, television, double bed with mattress & built in wardrobe. We have parking facilities at the rear of the property for one car and a bathroom on the same floor with use of a kitchen on the ground floor.

The reason for Letting the room is that we are looking to utilise the spare space we have available. Westbury is a up & coming location with excellent railway links for commuters, we are approximately a 10 minute walk from the station and 5 minute walk from the local shops. Tenants will have to be pet friendly as we have a cat.
