Furnished rooms available in modern house

There are two rooms available in a fully furnished house with shared access to the kitchen, living room, garden, downstairs WC and first floor bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances. The living room opens out onto a large garden with a patio and access to the shed.

The bedroom provides a bed and extensive storage including a chest of draws, bed side table and a fitted double wardrobe with a full length mirror. The room has a lockable firedoor for added security.

In terms of location, the house is situated on the outskirts of Wilton and just a 10 minute drive from Salisbury. The estate is located opposite the park and ride. There is also off road parking.

The rent includes all the usual bills plus unlimited broadband and Virgin Media.

The room is available on a first come first served basis, subject to the compulsory checks. I am looking for clean, tidy and considerate working professionals.

A deposit is required.
