I have a double room available for rent for single occupancy in our 4 bedroomed house in a pleasant quiet location in Wilton.
I am looking to rent out to a clean and tidy person.
The bedroom is very clean and has a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side tables and bookcase. It also has an en suite toilet.
There is a TV point for Freeview. Broadband/WiFi available and free to use.
Their is a garden at the back which can be used.
The house is friendly and comfortable with shared use of kitchen and shower/bathroom.
There is ample parking and a bus stop right outside.
I have no pets.
The 1st months payment required in advance and one months notice required on leaving.
