I have a Two bed house in quiet rural location in good area, with large south facing garden, parking on road, 1 x double furnished room to let also has tv. I don’t mind smokers but request no smoking in the house. Must be clean, tidy and respectful around the home! I do not expect any cleaning of the rest of the house but would like areas as I have left them.
Absolutely no drugs.
Someone down to earth. I will be at work Monday to Friday for most of the day. I’m pretty down to earth, chilled, quiet, respectful, like walks and time with my dogs, have a sense of humour, so ideally someone similar.
Am in no rush, will happily wait for the right room mate.
Minimum of 6months am happy to review and renew after this time is up and discuss longer periods if needed.
Rent to be paid upfront at 1st of every month.
