Only a 10 minute walk to local shops, cafes, restaurants, - also close to the train station and very convenient for commuting.


- The double bedroom is on the ground floor and furnished with a double bed, storage unit & wardrobe. It also has the advantage of double doors leading onto a lawned garden. It has a cloakroom with sink and toilet.

- The kitchen/diner on the second floor, comes with all white goods, dish washer, washing machine, microwave & electric oven with gas hob + dining table & chairs. Also lounge with Juilet balconcy and another cloakroom with sink and toilet.

If working from home a supplement of £10
Will be added to the rent as bills are already included due to extra electric gas and water.

- Broadband (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the house.

- A bathroom with shower over bath is on the third floor.

- A sunny garden, mainly laid to lawn.
I am a live in Land lady and like a warm happy home and i am easy going with a few rules i. e. respect for each others privacy, manners etc.

I am clean, tidy & hygienic person so I am looking for the same. I am also an easy going, friendly, warm & considerate person so expect to have a pleasant time here. I don't mind if you want to be sociable or prefer to keep yourself to yourself; as long as you are clean and clear up after yourself.
I enjoy yoga cooking zumba salsa and Bachata and like to walk and socialise.
