Double room to let with own bathroon

HI, I have a double room to let (single occupancy), with sole use of own bathroom. Lovely part of Bromsgrove - walking distance to both Town Centre and train station.

The room is furnished with double bed bedside cabinets, drawers, wardrobe and it overlooks the garden.

There is a large open plan lounge and dining room and a newly fitted kitchen whic has cooker, microwave, washing machine.

I'm easy going but do like to keep the place clean and tidy so i like housemates to do same. I also ask that we are all respectful of each others food etc - and only use what is yours :-)

There is no internet provided but phone reception is good and I use phone or a mifi - both good.

This is a no pets, no smoking/vaping/drugs household and I do also want to stress that it is a single occupancy room. In fairness to each of us, that includes guests.
