I have a 5 bedroom detached house in a pleasant rural village, ideally situated for easy commuting.
The house is an 1 minute walk to the post office and an excellent local shop.
The village pub is also just a short walk away (they do a great carvery).
The house is on the 292 bus routes from Birmingham to Ludlow Via Bewdley and Kidderminster.
With open countryside to the rear there are some lovely country walks right on the doorstep.

Other major towns are an easy drive;
Bewdley 4 mins, Cleobury 5 mins, Stourport 7 mins, Kidderminster 10 mins, Tenbury Wells 18 mins, Worcester 25 mins, Ludlow 25 mins, Bridgnorth, 25mins, Birmingham 45mins, Hereford 45mins.

The room on offer is a fully furnished double room, with a pleasant view from the south facing window to the rear, and not overlooked by road or other properties.
Quality bed linen with feather duvet provided. There is high speed WiFi broadband getting speeds in excess of 60Mb/s and a freeview TV. Additional storage space can be provided if needed.

The upstairs bathroom with shower over a full size bath is shared.

Also a spacious large double room with 2 seat sofa, coffee table and TV, can be used as a separate sitting room, office or home gym (Gym equipment not provided)

Downstairs is a large fully equipped shared Kitchen + a smaller second fully equipped kitchen & utility room containing all the appliances and utensils you can hope to need. This includes laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher and large freezer.
Two shared reception rooms. living room, conservatory (sometimes with a lazy spa) overlooking a modest private garden and dining room, and a downstairs cloakroom WC.

There is a large electric door double garage with room for additional storage also has a ground anchor for another motorcycle, and other storage as required. There is ample off road parking on the drive for several cars.

I own the house and live here currently on my own so with 5 double bedrooms there is plenty of space.
I've had several lodger before and more than happy to provide contact details of previous housemates as references if required.
I am still very good friends with and keep in contact with many of my previous housemates.
