Cat in household. Now deaf and elderly. Can meow loudly when wakes up. Appreciate cat sitting if we are away.

Fernhill heath is close to 6ways, Blackpole and Hindlip Police College. Regular busses on A38 go between Worcester and Droitwich and Bromsgrove. Worcester, Droitwich is a 10 minute drive. Easy access to M5 Junction 6.

2 shops and post office in village. 2 pubs, including chip shop.

House is on edge of countryside. 10 minute walk down lanes to Droitwich Canal.
Previously rented rooms to UK, Portuguese, Polish, French, Dutch, Hungarian and Czech.
Students and non students.

To keep bills and rental low and be eco friendly thermostat is on 17c. So cool in winter, home working not ideal but can be discussed. Wood burner in eves in winter, so house warm in eves.

Visitors welcome, if occasional. More frequent requires discussion.
