Gorgeous sunny room available

i’m looking to have an easy-going, independent, trustworthy and reliable housemate in my beautiful country apartment, which is in a village 1.5 miles outside of Worcester City centre.

I am renting the room for £675, inclusive of all bills. The bright, sunny room available overlooks fields and there are nearby lakes and pubs too. It’s peaceful here yet myself and the neighbours are very friendly. I am quite an active busy person and I travel a couple of days for work a week and sometimes stay away.

The living room and kitchen is open plan. The bathroom is opposite both bedrooms so it’s really convenient. I have sky tv and the broadband is quite good too. The room is also furnished but I am yet to buy a bed for you. :)

Although the village is peaceful and quiet, we are very close to the city too! There’s a bus stop right opposite the apartment and the M5 motorway is close by in either direction. There is also parking available in the car park below and the apartment is on the first floor. Theres also a corner shop and a post office outside which is great.

The room would be ideal for somebody who wants to travel to work in Kidderminster, Budley, Stourport, worcester, Malvern, Birmingham, Bromsgrove. I am also a five minute drive from the University of Worcester.

There is a lot happening in Worcester and there is a new walking/cycling bridge fairly local which means you can access the other side of Worcester, over the bridge if you prefer to travel this way. There are also lots of lovely walks nearby and a farm at the end of the road.

I’d like to rent the room for 6 to 12 months initially and my preference is females preferred!

The room isn’t ready as of yet but I’m more than happy to show you the flat and the room if you wished.
