Double room with En-Suit in Large 4 bed property

A double en-suite room is available in a spacious and modern 4-bedroom property with:

Large private garden
Driveway parking
Garage for additional storage
Room can be offered furnished or unfurnished
Private en-suite bathroom (brand new)

The property is currently shared with another female tenant in her 30s who works away frequently.

I will be away travelling for around a year. I will try to ensure the house is always let to 2 people at a time but sometimes it may just be 1.

It will never be occupied by more than 2 people.

The room is currently occupied by myself so photos are not available just yet, but it’s a newly finished, clean and modern space.

We’re ideally looking for a tidy, respectful female tenant. Someone of a similar age (20s or 30s) would be a great fit, but this isn’t a requirement. It’s a calm, well-kept home suited to someone who appreciates a peaceful living environment with great company.
