£180pw plus £400 deposit
Can pay deposit in parts over first 4 payments so

ROOM 2-Double Bed with ottoman under-bed storage.
£150pw plus £400 deposit.
Can pay deposit in parts over first 4 payments so
1 week upfront rent plus 1/4 deposit = £250 x4
Then £150 every week

Deposits are negotiable and may be paid in full if prefered
Payment taken in cash every week upfront.
4 weeks notice required to leave which will be taken from deposit if not given.
