You will have full use of the bathroom (which is shared with one other person), lounge, dining room, kitchen, fridge freezer washing machine, tumble dryer etc. and there is wireless broadband.

There is a small but nice garden to the rear which gets the sun all day in summer.

I would like someone who is clean, very tidy and respectful to the other residents, so no loud music.

There is no off-road parking.
