The house has a total of 5 double rooms with ensuites, Virgin fibre broadband along with the tv package.

The rooms all have aerial sockets so each tenant can have their own TV with freeview. The lounge and shared kitchen have ample space for every tenant.

The prices per room include ALL BILLS, including council tax, water, gas, electric, TV licence, broadband. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine.

We have MAID service on a fortnightly basis to clean communal areas of the property.

We run and manage the property ourselves and pride ourselves on responding quickly and efficiently to any concerns raised by our tenants.
