Room in dog friendly, welcoming house

Double room in dog friendly, clean and welcoming house. I have an elderly dog and would consider people with well behaved, calm dogs.

I am a single, working professional with a spare room to rent. The room is cosy and clean with a lovely view of the hills. Bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen are modern, relaxing and clean. I have some attic space available if needed. Lovely garden to chill in. Smoking is ok in garden.

I'm looking for an independent, thoughtful and respectful housemate to supplement my income. Females preferred but would conisder all genders. All nationalities welcome. References will be required.

Short term lets considered for £650 per month.

The house is close to Barnard's Green and very close to three local shops. Council Tax band C.
