Large room in Georgian house in Malvern

Large bedroom (approx 20' x 18) and shared rooms available in a self-contained part of our family home. Available together with a large bathroom, dining/sitting room and kitchen, all on the ground floor. The ground floor accommodation is shared with one other professional lodger.

There is separate access to the floor by path from the garden. Rent is inclusive of bills.

We typically have Monday to Friday lodgers (or flexibly from Sunday to Thursday) who are looking for accommodation for 2 months upwards. However, we have had 7 days per week lodgers too for a slightly higher rental.

Our family live on the middle and upper floors.

The lower floor rooms are fully furnished. There is fibre-optic broadband, at c. 40mbps. The kitchen includes all usual requirements. The large bathroom has a separate shower and bath.

There are beautiful walks in the Malvern Hills from the property. Additionally, a convenience store is a few minutes walk away. Great Malvern is just a 5 minute drive, a regular direct 10 min bus ride or a nice, flat 40 min walk.
