Our job is to find another young professional to share with the five young professionals who share this lovely home (ideally a male to keep the mix in the house). Someone who is looking for the same sort of environment. No couples please just a nice, sociable, clean and tidy young professional who wants to enjoy sharing a house and connect with the others in the home.

ROOM: The room is a double bedroom, furnished with a 4ft double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside cabinet, with a great ensuite shower room.

The house has a lovely modern/contemporary style and was fully renovated within the last few years..

There is a very large driveway, so plenty of space for up to five vehicles.

There is a cleaning team who clean the communal spaces once a fortnight, and the house-mates are a clean and tidy set of friends who really look after it well too, so cleanliness and tidiness is key.

The house is in a very convenient B98 location and gives easy access to Redditch Town Centre, and the surrounding areas.

There is a large kitchen with all appliances, two cooking stations and a double oven, and all the required cooking/eating facilities. There is also a separate utility/laundry room.

Off the kitchen is a lovely lounge/diner with a 40" TV, sofa, dining table and chairs.

There is also high speed broadband throughout, and each bedroom also has a TV aerial socket. The house will have thick deep pile carpet in every bedroom, and wood effect flooring in the shared spaces. The house is in Council Tax band C.

If you work in Redditch Town Centre that is walking distance, otherwise Redditch has a Train Station where you can get into Birmingham New Street in 35 minutes, and it is close to the M42, M40 and M5 motorways.

Each bedroom is lockable for your privacy, and also has the latest integrated fire alarm system. There are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety. And every room has its own bathroom.

Redditch's Kingfisher Shopping Centre is great for both shopping, and socialising with the The Hub offering great food from well-known restaurants, the latest films and a state-of-the art gym.
