Prices are inclusive of all the bills, so you can relax knowing everything's been taken care off. We pay for your Gas, Electric, Water, Tv Licence, Council Tax, Unlimited Fibre Optic broadband & a regular cleaner for all the communal areas of the house.
A holding fee of £100 is taken & this is deducted from the first month's rent.
