We have a lovely, large furnished double room with en-suite shower available in our nicely appointed professional house share close to the city and are looking for a friendly, tidy person to share with.

The room is on the top floor, at the rear of the house and comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and the room has its own en-suite shower room and WC.

The house has gas central heating, a massive shared kitchen, 2 shower rooms with toilets, laundry room, a living room with 2 couches and a flat-screen TV and also a dining room with a large dining table.

We provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms. If you are looking for a high standard room in an equally high standard house then please get in touch.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS. You will need to be in FULL-TIME employment to apply for a tenancy at this property.
