Comfortable spare room near M5 and Worcs Hospital

Short term let available in Tibberton village near the M5 and Worcestershire Royal Hospital. Ideal Tennant duration would be October until Christmas.

Modern spacious 4 bedroom detached home with a garden backing on to fields. Only 3 bedrooms are used as bedrooms, so maximum 3 people sharing the home.

Tibberton is a semi rural village close to the M5 junction 6. The village has a couple of pubs, a village hall and someone who sells vegetables from their front garden. There is a village hall with local community events, social and exercise classes. It is close to Worcestershire Royal Hospital and there is a bus service in to the centre of Worcester.
There is a private driveway, and with a car, easy access to Droitwich Spa, Pershore, and Worcestershire Parkway train station. Council tax band E.

I have one spare bedroom that I would like to rent out.

It has a bed which can either work as a king size or twin floor bed which is comfortable enough for my parents in their 60s to sleep on when they visit, or the beds can stack up to make a single bed. It has a large storage unit of draws.

The rest of the house includes a kitchen with a pantry cupboard, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a tumble dryer and an additional freestanding freezer in garage so there is plenty of space for food storage.

The upstairs bathroom has recently been renovated with the addition of a shower as well as a bath. There is also a downstairs loo.

There is a large dining room with a table that can extend out to seat 10, there is plenty of space in this room for additional furniture to accommodate more comfortable seating options for people if needed.

There is also a living room/snug with comfortable sofas and a cosy space to relax. The dining room and snug could be divided up so that you have some personal space outside of your bedroom by agreement.

There is also large garden backing on to fields behind. I have 3 chickens who live in the garden, so there are sometimes eggs!

It is a lovely place to live.

I am a professional, I run my own business as a British Sign Language Interpreter. I am freelance, so my schedule varies but is generally quite busy.
I have a home office in the 4th bedroom which I use roughly 1 day per week with the hours split across the week. I do sometimes work in an evening or at the weekends and sometimes work away for a few days at a time.

In my spare time- I like to be outside in nature enjoying wildlife, painting, and I try to keep active with a combination of dancing, yoga and going to the gym. I also enjoy spending time with friends and visiting family.

I am passionate about food and really enjoy eating local produce and growing some in the garden myself. I enjoy cooking and sharing meals with others.


I have tried to create a home that is peaceful and relaxing to come back to and be refreshed from the busy world outside. I hope it is a comfortable and welcoming space to be.
