Large double bed + sitting room. Nr C Worcester

Large furnished double room in my house 10 minutes' walk from central Worcester. There is also a sitting room for your exclusive use.

***My home is on the market so the room is only available until I complete the sale, probably January at the earliest.***

Please be a little bit sociable! I want us to be relaxed with each other, and you'll occasionally have the place to yourself.

The house is down to earth with few new shiny things but I look after it. There is a washing machine but NO drier, fibre broadband, good heating, lots of storage space. There's a reasonable garden but the kitchen is quite small.

You MUST be:
- Willing to tell me a bit about yourself
- In some employment or near to it (low pay could mean rent is negotiable)
- Able to cope with "house rules" (nothing weird, just that I do like things a certain way and the old house needs looking after)

Age isn't important. Partners can stay within reason. Students are welcome. On benefits may be ok depending on you telling me about your situation, please. All neuro-types, genders and orientations or specific dietary needs welcome.

Not considered:
pets, right wingers, smokers. Vaping outdoors ONLY so that's probably a'no'.

Council Tax is included so if it's not going to be your main home I can knock £25 off. Lastly please note its narrow on-street and parking availability is highly variable.
