Large furnished double room in my house 10 minutes' walk from central Worcester.

Mostly I am looking for a long-term person to live with, not just someone to use my room. I will ask you a lot of questions and invite the same. Shared values, outlook and trust are my priority as I want us to be relaxed and sociable with each other, and you'll occasionally have the place to yourself.
My old house is down to earth but I look after the place. I have few frills. There is a washing machine but NO drier, fibre broadband, two lounges, good heating, lots of storage space. There's a reasonable garden but the kitchen is quite small.
I:
- Try to live low-impact
- Mostly eat vegetarian and fresh
- Read the Guardian and proud of it
- Am respectful, fairly quiet, kind and have people over sometimes
- Am not a night owl
You MUST be:
- Willing to tell me a bit about yourself
- In some employment or near to it (low pay could mean rent is negotiable)
- Able to cope with "house rules" (nothing weird, just that I do like things a certain way and the old house needs looking after)
Age isn't important. Partners can stay within reason. Students are welcome. On benefits may be ok depending on you telling me about your situation, please. All neuro-types, genders and orientations or specific dietary needs welcome (the only thing I can't stomach is endless meat and junk food).
Not considered: pets, weed, right wingers. Also avoid my place if you're precious about your car or can't stand a little walking. Its narrow on-street parking and availability is highly variable!
