Large double room, central Worcester

Large furnished double room in my house 10 minutes' walk from central Worcester. (Pictures to follow)

Mostly I am looking for a long-term person to live with, not just someone to use my room. I will ask you a lot of questions and invite the same. Compatibility in values and outlook is my priority as I want us to be relaxed and sociable with each other. If you are only needing a room short-ish term, or part-time, this is less crucial.

My old house is down to earth. I don't buy new furniture or anything new very much but look after the place. I have few frills but there is a washing machine but NO drier, fibre broadband, two lounges, good heating, lots of storage space. There's a reasonable garden but the kitchen is quite small.

I:
- Recycle avidly and try to live low-impact
- Mostly eat vegetarian and well
- Read the Guardian and proud of it
- Am respectful, fairly quiet, kind and not single
- Am not a night owl

You MUST be:
- Interesting and interested.
- In some employment or near to it (low pay means rent is negotiable)
- Able to cope with house rules (nothing weird, just that I do like things a certain way and the old house needs looking after)

Age isn't important. Students are welcome. On benefits may be ok depending on you telling me about your situation, please. All neuro-types, genders and orientations or specific dietary needs welcome (the only thing I can't tolerate is junk food!).

Not considered:
Pets
Cannabis
Conspiracy/"awake" types or other right wingers
Any gender-related intolerance
People precious about their cars as our street is very narrow and the parking situation is fiddly.
