Spare double room available for rent in Diglis Basin, short walk to city centre (10 mins max) and university. Recently moved in, new mattress on bed, Included set of draws under-bed storage and full access to apartment other than other bedroom.

Apartment has two bathrooms, open plan living area and kitchen (fully furnished). One bathroom will be used solely by Tennant.

Other person living in apartment works full-time with set days off as Wednesday and Thursday. Was a full-time university student for 5 years and understands student living if Tennant is student.
