Double bedroom in Diglis apartment

Hi,

I’m Jacky and have a double bedroom available in my apartment. It’s located in Diglis, just a few minutes’ walk to the city centre. As I have en en-suite, the main bathroom would be yours to use. I have a cat called Bella. I am a smoker, but am happy to smoke outside. The room is furnished with bed (replacing bed as quite tired looking), chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. The room was repainted and new carpet fitted last year. The room also comes with a sky box with films, box sets, Netflix, Prime etc included. I don’t drive and so a private parking space is available. I work as a Social Value Coordinator for a children’s services provider.
