We have a lovely, furnished double room available in our 4 bedroom professional house share close to the city and are looking for friendly, tidy people to share it.

All the rooms are furnished with a double bed and mattress, bedside table, lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, desk and chair.

The house has gas central heating, a large shared kitchen, shower room with toilet and sink, and a living room with 2 couches and a flat-screen TV.

We provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms. If you are looking for a high standard room in an equally high standard house then please get in touch.

Please note this property is not suitable for students. You will need to be in employment to apply for a tenancy at this property. Guarantor may be required.

We are a private landlord.
