The room is a fully furnished cosy double attic room and benefits from a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.

The house has Fibre Optic Broadband and digital TV point in every room in the house, it has a great communal living room with a wall mounted Flat screen Digital TV, leather reclining couch. The house also boasts 2 fitted bathrooms with showers. Outside is a totally private driveway with ample parking for 6 cars and lovely private patio area to enjoy a glass of wine after a stressful day at work! It also has a brick built BBQ for those hot summer nights. The communal rooms will be cleaned regularly at no extra costs.

All bills including council tax, water, gas, electricity and TV licence (in communal room) are included in the rent, there are no hidden costs, the monthly rental figure is all you pay.

We are private landlords. This property is NOT suitable for students, you must be in FULL-TIME employment to apply for a tenancy in this house.
